This is not a list of things we have not built. We would rather not trade trust today for a promise we cannot keep. What follows is what we want to remain true.
It should stay one-time
It should not become a subscription, an auto-reload, or a product you have to visit every month to keep using. Buy what you need. What you do not use stays.
It should stay private
It should not become a public square, or a feed of other people's memories. Your photos and clips stay in your account.
It should stay about a photo you already keep
We may add more scenes, a quieter wait, a steadier picture. If we add anything later, it still has to pass the same door: gentle, private, and about a photo you already keep.
What we will not do
We will not describe Pawmory as a way to bring anyone back. We will not offer an uncensored interface. We will not market absence. We will not turn this into a short-video community for pets.
If something important has to change, we will change these words before we change the product.
