FAQ

What is Pawmory?

Pawmory is a web app that turns a pet photo into a short memory video — 5, 10, or 15 seconds. It is not a subscription, and there is no public gallery.

How does it work?

Sign in, make a profile, and add a few photos. You can let one still move again, or take them somewhere new while keeping how they look.

Is this a subscription?

No. You buy one-time credit packs when you need them. There is no monthly plan, no auto-renewal, and no auto-reload.

How much does it cost?

Credit packs start at $2.99. A 5-second clip uses 20 credits, 10 seconds uses 40, and 15 seconds uses 60. Larger packs include more bonus credits. Checkout is handled by Waffo in USD.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them to generate a video.

What generates the video?

Videos are generated with MiniMax Hailuo H3 (via MuAPI) at 2K. Prompts are screened before generation. We do not offer an uncensored interface.

Are my photos and videos public?

No. There is no public gallery. Photos, prompts, and finished clips stay in your account. Generation requires sending the photo to the video model provider; see the privacy policy for details.

What if generation fails?

Failed generations return credits to your account automatically. Payments and refunds are handled by Waffo as merchant of record. For a person, write to support@pawmory.org.

What photos can I use?

Use a pet photo you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s pictures, or anything you are not allowed to process.

What content is not allowed?

Pornography, violence, hate, harassment, and non-consensual likenesses of real people are not allowed. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
